Leap year was 2020. So it's 2 years, 1 day.

Disregard Leap year and it would be a 2 year delta.

Best not disregard the leap year like so.

Starting from Feb 12, 2019,

it's 365 days to get to Feb 12, 2020 (1 reg. year)

then 366 days to get to Feb 12, 2021 (1 reg. year plus 1 day)

plus 1 day to get to Feb 13, 2021. (1 day)

If you disregard the leap year you'd overshoot instead by 1 day, totalling 2 "regular" years plus 2 days.

Honestly I'm quite happy with a 2 year plus 1 day delta.
