I've never seen her with her hair looking like that, but then lately I've been thinking it looked like a wig, too thick, a little crooked. Maybe she took it off?

It looks like she did use Clairol Root Touch-up - that's why the browns don't match.

She got in trouble for going to the hair salon a few months ago. Guess she hasn't wanted to risk getting caught again lol
Surely she could get someone to come make a home visit? How hard is that.
That's true. She does have something like $20K dollars of icecream in her freezers. Would cost way less than that to have someone come fix her hair.
