900k is way too many unless they've been doing this for year which is obviously possible. I think it's more likely that it's poorly worded and that the voter dumps added up to 300k.

I skimmed that and now believe it is way more than 300k, but it would still not be three huge dumps of 300k+ which should be very noticeable on the graph. That also mentions almost 800k votes lost so perhaps people are defining the fraud differently.
