10TH AMENDMENT Rights Reserved to States or People Passed by Congress September 25, 1789. Ratified December 15, 1791. The first 10 amendments form the Bill of Rights
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
If there is no defined process in the constitution for the recall of congress members, would that not be a power left to the states or the people therein? I say we urge our state legislatures to remove these corrupt congress members from office.
Actually, call a constitutional convention...you want to scare the living *** call a constitutional convention, set term limits, and other grievances by the people.
They are not our Leaders but in Reality they are the Slaves to OUR VOICE. We need to REMEMBER again WE ARE THE POWER!
Exactly! Truth and our voice is the power. We must never give up using it..ever!!
We can yes, bit will any of our State leadership do it? No. Why? Because with the exception of a few, [they]'re all Cabal or DS members and don't give two ducks about the U.S. Constitution, the REAL AND CORRECT CONSTITUTION, the one before being rewritten and edited in 1871-1878.
Since then, NONE of [them] have even attempted to lead Constitutionally. [they] make it seem like [they] do, but EVERY PIECE of legislation [they]'ve passed since 1871 has been for [their] benefit, and [their] benefit only.
So, no I don't think invoking the 10th is a viable choice, otherwise, President Teump would've been trumpeting that tune since the beginning, back in 1984 with the USA today piece about him that led to his world wide prominence as a viable leader capable of fixing this mess.
I think our best hope is Utah.
Can they be recalled similarly to recalling a governor or state legislature?
If they write rules to do so, then I say yes.
I like your thinking. As long as the constitution doesn't say how to do it or say you can't do it, then the states or people can make up the rules for it.
Utah - we're watching you!
Yeah, wtf, there’s a perfectly fine 2A we can use, and it’s way higher up on the list
