LOL, I just did a quick search... there's an Eric Mulch who works as an attorney-advisor for the Dept. of Energy. Not that it means anything, but he could very well have access to a lot of information, even indirectly. Could be a Patriot on the inside. Or it could be nothing at all. Once I saw the scrambled letters I immediately thought anagram too. EDIT* Double LOL never mind... there's a real dude named "Lumir Cech" he's a farmer in Nebraska.
When you write a letter to an editor it is required in order for it to be printed just so ya know.
No it's not required. The editor of the newspaper in my hometown said that it was his newspaper and he would print what he pleased.
