I'm not religious so I don't know much about it but I have read that the book of Enoch was originally part of the Bible but was removed by the Catholic Church. Anyone know any more?
It is an important book, but it wasn't removed by the Catholic Church. It was discussed for inclusion in the Bible but simply decided against. Likely in part due the the fact Jews couldn't decide if it should be included int he Hebrew Bible either (it is a pre-Christianity text)
