No, me either.
Lightning bolts leave an after image, the lack of anything visible above the building is kinda suspicious, don't you think?
I suppose sheet lightning wouldn't produce a visible trail, but then sheet lightning doesn't ground out afaik.
Okay, that makes it a space weapon. Q predicted this.
Lightning actually has invisible "streamers" that determine the best path to the ground or vice-versa - wherever the electrical imbalance is located.
Lightning can be from the sky to the ground or from the ground to the sky.
This was a neat video, but doesn't mean anything nefarious was happening.
