Are you sure it’s 32:18? Look at the live chat inside the area that has been highlighted, the comments from Christian and Angela are at 32:17....17 being a very significant number. And the comment itself is pretty awesome too, “The best is yet to come!”
No, the timestamp is just a coincidence.
When live, each timestamp is displayed in absolute AM-PM time format, but once the live stream is over, YouTube post-processes all elements of the feed including the live chat. Those AM-PM timestamps are then permanently overwritten with timestamps relative to the duration of the video.
It is therefore impossible to time posts the same way as you would on a Twitter feed.

I found it interesting that that laptop has been used a while with that decal on it (notice the black rubbing off). It could be just a cheap decal, but it's probably been on there for many months.
Can I ask a question? Somebody mentioned yesterday they George is to be trusted because of Pompeo tweeting scripture as asked. But doesn’t Pompeo tweet a Sunday Scripture every Sunday? Apart from that, can you please link where to find information that it is legit? I can’t find the thread back here. Thanks!

Btw, you should be careful with your syntax. "George is to be trusted," is the wrong way to phrase it. It's "George can be trusted."
It is possible that even though George is 100% legit, you might choose not to bother with them. That's completely fine, no one here is forcing you to follow what they post.
As for information that is legit about George, that's actually nearly impossible because they haven't formally identified themselves to the public. They're similar to Q in that sense. All you can find is rumour, theory, circumstantial evidence, context, the trust of individuals like BardsFM and Liz Crokin, and their media work.
