I hate people who fall for the hate speech fallacy. Is that considered hate speech?
"I love chocolate" could be considered hate speech by someone who thinks chocolate is very unhealthy. "I love white chocolate" could be considered hate speech by someone who is a hyper-racism shit stirrer. The concept of "hate speech" is entirely subjective, and therefore cannot be the basis for any law. A basic principle of American law is that any law that is vague is necessarily void. Of course, today's attorneys at law have no balls when it comes to challenging laws such as this, because they are sworn to a have a duty to the court (i.e. the system) and not to the client (who merely pays the bills -- and suffers the damage).
