SES ARE the embedded and permanent Deepstate executives.

Appointed by Presidents and non-fireable, they are the filth that endures between Presidents.

I understand that DJT is not a fan of these people.

ECW is Ezrah Cohen-Watnick who was often thought to be a senior member of Team Q.
