Please spread the word that https://dominionclassaction.com/ is NOT a legit site! EDIT: It was posted by a user who snatched it from TDW, being promoted by the gatewaypundit & may possibly be doxxing those who fall for it (see post below) EDIT: Documents appear to be part of court case on courtlister’s site.
Not only is this site asking for personal information, and donations - they’re going above and beyond they actually want a photo of you AND a copy of your ID! https://dominionclassaction.com/how-to-join
The first submission is a clear portrait picture of your face. Use good lighting to illuminate and center the image on your whole face. Don't wear a hat, glasses, or mask or any other object around your head for the picture. To help our staff please ensure that in the portrait picture your person resembles that your Photo ID. The second submission is of two pictures including the front and back of your photo ID.The address on your photo ID must match the address where you were registered to vote at the time of the 2020 Election. Don't allow shadows and use good lighting to illuminate the whole ID. Ensure the image is well focused and the text is legible.
It’s an extremely poorly written site - but we know that won’t stop some unlucky soul from falling prey to this.

My POINT IS: It’s clear that everyone can’t pick out scams! This isn’t just some site scamming people for donations - they’re actually collecting pictures of those of us who KNOW the election was a fraud! I haven’t confirmed - but the site was registered BEFORE there were any public claims of suing Dominion.
PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS SITE! Patriots are getting taking advantage of and marking themselves.
xxxxx Message To The Vulnerable on this site who probably fell for it xxxxx Please know that you will never be asked to donate to help cover legal fees in a class action lawsuit. And not all class action lawsuits are nationwide, so if your state hasn’t filed a class action suit as some others may have, your day will come! You have to be a member of the class the lawsuit is scoped for. Lastly, class action lawsuits are court approved. The defendants are almost always required to NOTIFY the class - especially when the class membership is known. Here are a couple of sites I check at random to see if there’s any class action lawsuits I may be a classmember of. These sites typically have lawsuits where the entire class can’t be easily identified (but they’re always announced in some news media):

I work in law for about 20 years now, as well as having been a part of a few class action lawsuits myself - participants NEVER need to submit their ID or photo.
Should I start a new post - link back to this one? Possibly asking for as much help from folks - need people to look into lawyers (review vids on rumble), background digging on the plaintiffs - there’s lots!
I just cant’t do it myself - that’s why I’m here. I’ve false flags out before pretty much immediately in my head - but this will be my first publicly (no public online presence - ever) BUT this might also be one we can get ahead of!
OMG! Thank you for coming to my rescue - I really NEED a sanity check! I have 10 yrs in LE, so I can recognize a weak case when I see one. More on that later -
Can you please give your thoughts on whether or not WE would be able to file an appeal WHEN they lose this case? This entire lawsuit - NOTHING ABOUT THIS LAWSUIT is standard! I read a lot - that includes class action lawsuits, basically I read! Lol
I can’t be sure - but I believe I’ve already confirmed how it’s not being executed per the law - so that means they must be setting themselves up to be safe - this lawsuit is only against dominion and FB btw.

Maaannn.... you’re gonna shake your fucking head if you take a look at the lawsuit!
EDIT: I got so excited when I started reading your post - I didn’t actually finish it, LOL. Just read that you have a few class action lawsuits under your belt - yeah, I I’m pretty sure the jig is up! Lol
I should clarify, I'm not an attorney, I just work for one in a paralegal capacity. I have taken part in some class action suits, such as a mortgage company who overcharged their customers, and some other retail outlets found to be screwing people without their knowledge (metaphorically of course). I have never had to give so much as a SSN. And I've received actual cash-able checks from them. They need your name, sure, your address and basic info like that. But that's really where it stops. To require a photo ID or picture from you is overboard, that tells me it's not legit. And these days, you can't be too careful. I would avoid that like the plague.
Thanks for clarifying - still could use your assist, though lol. I haven’t looked back at it since I looked away... Really - all I’m trying to determine IF people will still be able to file suit against Dominion and FB when the class action lawsuit is thrown out (or however they might rule on it).
I have plenty of ‘proofs’ if you will, already pretty much confirm my though. How I move forward will largely be determined by the court process. If we can file an appeal - it probably won’t be worth a high effort. It’ll come out naturally, if that makes sense.
The basic rule of thumb (though check your state laws) is that if you are NOT a participant in a class action suit for a specific purpose, nothing is stopping you from suing Dominion and/or facebook (well, with facebook I believe Section 230 protections stop you from suing them, that's why Trump wanted them removed). So let's say XYZ Company made a product that failed and hurt lots of people or cost them money or something. You join the class action suit, and they're sued. You can't go and sue them for that same thing if you are part of the class action suit. But if you decline to join the class action, depending on your state laws, you should be able to sue XYZ on your own.
Honestly, you should contact an attorney. I don't know how appeals work with class action suits as I've never participated in one. Also, this is definitely NOT your typical class action lawsuit - there may be variables involved that I know nothing about. So by no means do I purport to be any kind of expert - I just know how basic class action suits go down. And in that vein, they don't need your ID because usually you don't know about it until they reach out to you. I hope that helps!
