What was the explanation given at the time for the events here not happening 11/3, 11/4 2017? Is this a case of 'disinformation is necessary'? It's very specific about Podesta, and about POTUS being aboard AF1.

Some think the 11.3 and 11.4 aren't dates, but specific sections in the DOD law of war manual referring to foreign occupations.
