Infertility Ribeyes on special
Dark sir, dark.
Now with 3000x more estrogen! Why be a guy, when you can be a sniveling bitch with hairy tits!
LOL
Maybe it's good that I don't eat meat anymore, I am vegan probably 210+ days out of the year the rest I am lacto-ovo pescatarian, which I'm trying to even cut that out. It's difficult for me to digest meat anyways. (Also most vegan foods that are made to be fake version of non vegan foods are incredibly bad for you).
Edit: It seems some people don't really understand, 1.) I am Coptic Orthodox we fast 210+ days a year the majority is vegan. Lent which is coming up for us has a week long prefast that is vegan followed by Lent it's self which is vegan. Every Wed and Friday is vegan. The last long fast we just got done with is the Nativity Fast it starts the day before Thanksgiving and ends January 6th it's vegan + fish (pescatarian) 2.) I have no gal bladder and it's much harder for me to digest meat, fried food, dairy, so eating plant based (vegan) makes it easier. Obviously this is my diet, eat meat if you want go ham I don't care what you do. I was making a joke on how it's a good thing I don't eat beef anymore if it's gonna make you sterile.
A lot of Sauce Stache's videos makes me want to try some vegan recipes. https://youtu.be/4V_xpSvl5U8
A vegan diet is in effect a fasting diet. When Christians fast, they cut out the "good" stuff, the food that makes life delicious, like butter, meat, dairy, eggs and even fish. So, when not fasting, they eat the good stuff, and when fasting, as a spiritual exercise, they refrain from the nutrient dense foods mentioned above. The fasting diet is also good for you, and is a great detox, but it is not meant to be followed full time, forever. Those who do eventually become quite debilitated, and often sick. You can be a pesco-ovo-lacto vegetarian and still stay healthy, but there has never been a society on earth that was completely vegan. I don't recommend it.
I am Coptic Orthodox, I know all about fasting ?, I want to cut out the lacto-ovo and just stay pescatarian but even then I have a desire to cut that completely out. However that is more so if my father of confession thinks I am ready for that and less so on my own desire.
Yes, I eat dairy, eggs and fish on non fasting days (which is the 210+ days a year) I am Coptic Orthodox and we fast a lot. I want to try and cut the eggs and dairy out and just go for the fish because I feel healthier when I eat that way (no gal bladder)
You should do it. It's much healthier. A lot of ignorant keto bros and people who want to defend their way of life here down-voting anything that goes against meat. I think this synthetic beef stuff is stupid too and it's usually made with protein isolates making it more unhealthy. Some sources: The China Study by T. Colin Campbell (you can also watch the documentary Forks over Knives); Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Caldwell Esselstyn; Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes; The Starch Solution by John Mcdougall.
Instead of waiting to see if you answer my question, I'll just leave this: https://www.youtube.com/c/DrEricBergDC/search?query=gall%20bladder
I learned so much about the gall bladder from this guy and I bet it's information your doctor didn't tell you either. Hope you see this!
No gal bladder? Do you take bile salt with your meals? Ox bile.
pesca-pescatarian right here.
