If Pompeo truly believes this then he knows it will not be accomplished by xiden. Which leaves us with what? Either Pompeo is a delusional and thinks his helpful advice will be followed or he's laying out the future agenda. I don't think he's delusional.

I view this as a message to explain why things are taking so long. The CCP has many assets besides the msm/propaganda brainwashing, and they had it all primed and ready. By stepping down, all those other assets, from antifa and blm teams to water supply poisoners (FL) to troops and missiles became uncoordinated. But they are still dangerous and need to be taken care of before we can right things publicly. Anyway, that's how I read it.
