Deep Underground Military Bases (basically cabal underground networks to traffick and experiment on kids, transport drugs, cloning centres etc

All this has to be taken out and destroyed WORLDWIDE before military can bring the final hammer down in DC and make public arrests or else the rats will all scurry back into the ir underground networks and disappear.

Once DUMBS are gone, there's nowhere they can hide.
