Trump supported the vaccine and could easily be blamed for any deaths due to regulation cuts. The problem is that TDS cult has merged with the scientism covid cult so they either have to give up their Fauci worship to hate Trump for his deregulation, or keep the Fauci worship and turn the hate on Trump supporters/"covidiots" who are skeptical of the vaccine.

Of course the fact that Kamala said the vaccine shouldn't be trusted if Trump endorses it and a lot of covid vaccine skeptics are black (Democrats supporting prioritizing black people over seniors makes more sense that way IMO) doesn't matter to covid cultists, since Orange man bad and his "cultists" are obsessed with skepticism and freedom of thought, aka literally Jim Jones.
