His handlers probably just set him down at one and said, "Here, Joe. Play this one..." While it was playing cut scenes or gameplay video. At this stage, he wouldn't know the difference.

Gamers grew up doing this to our younger siblings when Mom or Dad forced us to let the little shits play. I know I did this to my brother until he was about 7 and figured it out.
