Biden is clearly wielding powers only the president has. That said, the military seems to be treating him intentionally with disrespect. Same with the Secret Service and the shabby ass SUV they transported him in.

Your description seems accurate.

It's obviously hard to describe, because it is so surreal and strange.

Biden is acting as President, for sure... but it truly doesn't seem like he's in charge, at all. It seems like someone who think Biden is a retard is in charge.

Nothing makes sense... so I just keep making popcorn. (I do so love the dingy motorcade vehicles and the mothball fleet planes.)
