Agreed. I’m pretty sure the above doc was debunked, can’t seem to find it using GAW search. I vaguely recall a mod clobbered (deleted) it.

Sovereign Citizens file this kind of shit all the time. They make up their own court documents and file them as official paperwork all the time.

The part that gives it away is that Trump never would've personally dealt with paperwork regarding any kind of lawsuit like this. Nor would any legal team have put his signature on any kind of documentation.
