I welcome my downvotes but Stem Cell research is a godsend and allowing such tissue that is already extant to be destroyed rather than used is disgusting and wasteful.

Introducing and passing laws are two different things.

They had the opportunity to do this in 2016-2018, with control of Congress. Yet they wait until they lose control before introducing the bill. This tells you more about the republicans than about the democrats.

The GOP needs to clean up their party before any good legislative movement can happen.
