When it comes to decoding things I would say no. To Joe Cynic its a large leap. I find it rather amazing that the date and timestamp match that drop ...especially considering who posted it.
Yeah, I think it means more about who Pompeo is then what we can glean from it about what is going to happen next.

7: its a stretch. As confirmations go, that is not a very direct one. Whoever made this connection added numbers that are not even in the tweet itself to draw them to this conclusion.
The road map is set already. Rush could have passed any day and this tweet been used to add up by altering the post time. This was not a revelation but more I feel as a were still here type play.

I find it odd sometimes that the Q post links were not also archived.
Originally it was written to someones father. I remember thinking at the time that this was odd for Q to post a link to this tweet. Reading it today has a different meaning.
