Sidney Powell's lawsuits and the associated evidence are truly impressive. The problem is that "release the Kraken" turned out exactly like it did in "Clash of the Titans": the Kraken was released... then got turned into stone by Medusa's head (or judicial cowardice and/or corruption in this case) before it could do any serious damage.

Her case got clotheslined for sure. But I dont think it turned to stone. Not yet anyway. SCOTUS conference today may shed some light.
