Yeah, for some reason the anger squad jumps on newbies and seasoned Anons alike, for any petty little grievance. How can we awaken the masses when these thought police morons turn people of on Day One, or offend community members who have been on board for years?
I've struggled at times with the fine line between censorship and tolerance, but since GA has a deportment category for "be respectful," I have found that to be quite appropriate on several occasions. The patriotic core of this group is here for a common purpose, so the distractors are in direct opposition to our efforts.
I say ignore their attacks, and if they fit one of the rules listed, consider exercising your right to recommend deportation! Shills have plenty of other places to poison. This is not their sanctuary . . .
What's here is mild compared to the vicious things said on the QRV imo...at least so far. By now we ought to have done enough personal work to not be triggered by an asshole, and better yet to be able to recognize it when somebody's yanking our chain. The mods on the QRV seemed to allow everything, drawing the line only at porn (which got in there quite a lot, anyway). The mods here seem to be on it about any post that doesn't model the guidelines on the sidebar, and I appreciate that.
Shills gonna shill. We know there's a happy ending here, and we can endure whatever in order to be rid of the evil. New folks will catch up fast. They wouldn't even venture here unless they had some intelligence and a thicker skin than most.

Train people better, screen better, have empathy (life always comes before work). You literally just suck at your job. Crying that you suck at running your business is not going to do you any good. Quit blamming others, work harder and smarter. This is whats holding you back from being successful.
Anyone that has WORKED at a job for an extensive length of time has EARNED paid sick leave and vacation/flex days. This is not in anyway a handout by government. Dangerous driving conditions warrant a decision on whether a person feels SAFE driving in it. If you should die in a car crash or write off your vehicle you won't be able to work now would you? Unfortunately with all the people still asleep we have to wait a little longer for the covid hoax to be called off. I believe it will be soon. Hang in there fren the wait will be worth it.
