Let's say that these cases move forward and after hearing both sides, SCOTUS rules in favor of Trump. What is the remedy? Biden removal? Another election? (Using current rigged electronic systems?)
Is this where the various teams will present real-time evidence of fraud?
I'm guessing that SCOTUS has to fail us yet again for the military to step in and take action.
Remedy can be just about anything, but the biggest possibility is they will rule that Trump (clearly) did win, and ask if he will take over from here.
The rest of the remedy will take years to sort out, definitely going to see new elections with military enforcement and no machines to sift out congress.
SCOTUS is largely irrelevant though, if the foreign intervention evidence holds water. They would probably make a public showing of handing it off to the military tribunals, which is the constitutional process.
Hey dude, good to see you here!
Do you know me? Do I know you?
LOL, Its great meeting friends on here.
Well, I'm pretty sure I do... If you had a forge at your dad's place & are defending your dissertation, then we may know each other.
Precisely, an attack on our elections is an attack on our critical infrastructure and deemed an acto of war. This is not a civil matter for the SCOTUS to rule upon. It's very clearly a military matter.
Bad guys losing is good enough for me. :)
Yeah same here. As long as Trump and his family end up safe and happy, this works just fine too.
