By everyone having the vaccine, the patients essentially have herd immunity amongst themselves. Some go in and out for the hospital, dialysis, doctor visits daily so they are at risk of getting it. The vaccine was encouraged. At one point they had Covid + patients and had to separate + and - by floors. It was very difficult and they had a few deaths. But now they are Covid free and hoping to stay that way. Whether you take it or not, that's your choice. I'm only telling you how it is/was at my wife workplace.
