Great advice here.

I've found my prayers most fruitful when I ask God to give me wisdom in how to understand and deal with others. I ask him to remind me to be compassionate, patient and kind. Success rate is very high. Thanks God! ?

Also, if OP can, a long weekend getaway never hurts the ol' relationship.
