Stop it. On the year of taking power the other last 4 presidents have not given a state of the union. Clinton did not do 1993, Bush skipped 2001, Barrack skipped 2009 and Trump skipped 2017.

The state of the Union address is given usually after a President has been in office for a while because its done as an update to reflect back on things you've already accomplished. Trump didn't give one either in 2017 because he was a new President and hadn't yet done anything to give a State of the Union address about.
