Carbonation stimulates your stomach wall, releasing grehlin. This helps to cause hunger sensations.
If you are Intermittent Fasting, drinking even seltzer water is making things more difficult for yourself.

Reduce your calorie intake, reduce your carbs so that they don’t turn into fat. But I get it. It’s easy to blame big sugar. Just like I can blame wanting to be a cowboy for my smoking addiction.
