Ok now I'm curious. I don't have any information for what your are asking. Can you or someone viewing this post bread crumb me on George news and the significance of this photo. I know about the other photo but I'm behind on this curiosity with George News.
I've mentioned this before, but having no matches, from Tineye or Google Image Search, I'm assuming, really doesn't mean anything.
I like to do scambaiting, so I have an email account set up specifically to be a scammer magnet. These days email scams seem to be almost completely Russian/East European women claiming to want to be your girlfriend.
I often check their photos using those services and they almost never come up with any results, but some of them are photos I see again and again because they're popular with the scammers. Tineye still comes up with 0 results.
So... useful tool, but it's not by any means the final word on something being new or unique.

your saying GeorgeNews is Trump OK, i'm cool with that. everyone else getting their pic taken as an earpiece and they are most likely Secret Service.
