You are right. I just checked my medical record (that which they didn’t want to give to me) and it actually says “Non-compliance”

Doctors know how to regurgitate info they have learned by rote.

They do not learn to think for themselves.

Exceptions exist, but the average doc is a follower.

Also, they can get their licenses yanked if they don't obey the med mafia.
