The talcum powder lawsuit is a classic case of taking something that is known to cause cancer, asbestos, and then blaming ANY product that contains ANY amount of asbestos to be the cause of ANY cancer a person may experience at ANY time in their life regardless of the actual amount of exposure to the product. When lawyers get involved, all scientific/medical reason is irrelevant.
