The Covid situation is not medical. It is a political and economic weapon, not medical, and very little about the response has to do with medical.

If it were medical, when the French HCQ/azithromycin studies by one of the leading infectious disease doctors in the world came out with only a single death among 3000 patients, most elderly, while the world was crying how fatal Covid was, that would have brought joy and hope, rather than instant near-universal condemnation with lies of HCQ allegedly being so dangerous and somehow there being no benefits or the benefits were not worth the alleged extreme risk.
If it were medical, corticosteroid use to address cytokine storm would have been continued from the beginning (doctors were using it initially as it's obvious) rather than promptly stopped by false orders that it was supposedly harmful.
If it were medical, patients needing only assistance with breathing rather than forced ventilation would have been put on CPAP or Bi-PAP rather than ventilators which commonly themselves kill patients, instead of CPAP and Bi-PAP use being banned for Covid patients because of supposedly "aerosolizing the virus."
It it were medical, when it was found that there were populations such as prisons where out of just over 3000 inmates and staff, over 3000 tested positive yet almost no one was ill at all, everyone would have realized that for most people there is no threat and further, such mild, attenuated strains should be allowed to spread naturally so as to achieve herd immunity quickly, rather than insist on quarantine. Covid would have burnt out quickly and been long over by now if that had been done.

The sensitivity is exponential, so each 10 added cycles beyond the norm of about 30 increases sensitivity by just over 1000 times, and they got to running as many as 50 cycles.
