How could Q be spot-on accurate about things far in the future otherwise? How could he know that people would commit suicide? How did he know that Xiden would get in illegitimately? How did he know the dems would impeach twice?!

Q is a time traveler. It all makes sense. The CIA Q team also dealt with Project Pegasus back in the day. Q must have access to that machine, or he came from the future to help Trump. Perhaps that is why he is sometimes gone for a long time. He merely goes back to his timeline to check in on everything.

That is why he says "Trust the Plan". He KNOWS it will work perfectly. He's experienced it. It's all laid out.
