Is there a standard for dartboards to have '17' in that position? Or is this just one model where the 17 forms a tail?

17 position seems to be consistent across all dartboards.

The 17 is in the bottom-right corner for 99% of the dart board pictures I can find. Some of them place it closer to the bottom and others have the 17 slice closer to the right.
