Oh shit! I haven't paid any attention to this story, but after watching this video, I think it's pretty clear that this appears to indeed be just more Ashley-Babbit-quality fake AF false flag.

I'll bet anybody the street value of those shittly little dogs that that faggy-ass dogwalker wasn't shot once... because he's a (shitty) actor playing a part.
