Under what authority, assuming he has resigned from the US Attorneys office, would Durham have to pursue and/or serve indictments against anyone he pursued while in office? He may have handed off his cases, but is he still in a position of authority to act as a Federal agent of the court?
All US Attorneys were asked to resign prior to 2/28. The only exception is the US Attorney who is pretty deep into a political corruption investigation n Illinois.
Just the US Attorney office. Do not be alarmed.
