Apologies for posting anything from MSN news, but that seems to be pretty definitive. He is still Special Counsel. And personally I can care less about a report, I want indictments.

In fairness Merrick Garland would not commit to keeping Durham on as Special Counsel. He also would not commit to making Durham report public. So indictments are what is really important.
