This is exactly it. But we had a huge shill wave today, then a shill that was part of the attack spammed three posts about how we ban handshakes too easily. Then this guy posts the same narrative minutes after the shill tried to establish it. My alarm bells are ringing.
Agreed. Just as it gets annoying seeing the same things over and over but some info is genuinely new to others. Some of these handshakes might know very little or quite a lot, it’s not up to us to judge. Heck I was lurking for quite a while myself before I posted. The good news is either way this is all coming to a head we most all agree on, so who knows what this group will evolve to then anyway.
This is not a big problem imo. No one normal just walks into someone's house and starts shitting allover everything. A legit noob would be asking relevant questions and such - not fuk Trump, the plan, Q, etc. Not hard to spot the difference in most cases.
I find it hard to believe some average Joe comes here, is respectful, asks questions, and just gets destroyed right out of the gate.
We've been dealing with shills for years now and have gotten pretty good at it. Mistakes will be made as we are human, but real noobs with genuine curiosity normally don't frame questions insulting the very people they are asking help from.
We all have to start some where. I lurked for over a month before I made an account and started posting. Wanted to take some time to understand and research on my own. That being said, I have had nothing but a positive and enlightening experience here, and appreciate each and everyone of you!
I still consider myself new. Never had a bad experience. ...Had a few posts down voted, but that's about it.
Magistra piated a good thought. A lit of people today have been raise with an absence of general manners. Also, daily life anymore makes anyone edgy... IMO.
Agreed but if our legit new frens understand the shilling, they can take a few jabs I think.
I have been a part of this the win community since before R/TD was banned. I however deleted my TDW account a month or so ago because of a post about passwords and site compromise. I deleted my post history and account and created a new one. Being a handshake was fine, I didn't get any pushback that I remember.
Also, lets remember how we got to this point , by worrying about peoples "feelings"...
The rules are the boundaries. It's pretty easy to tell the difference between someone who questions Q because they are interested and somebody doing it maliciously.
We just got hit by a big coordinated shill attack and your first thought is to go easier on handshakes?

100% I don't go after a handshake account unless what they are posting seems trollish.

Just curious, what triggers the removal of the handshake icon next to your name? A certain number of posts? Upvotes?

I'm semi knew. I would come and read. Then started an account. I have found 99% of the people decent folks
I don't know how you survived it. Sounds like you are a caring but thin skinned faggot. I think we can get by loosing a wimp now and then.
I agree.

We have boundaries set. Why are you pushing that shills narrative? That's very sus.

There is no problem, this is how this place operates.
