This post had me intrigued. Misspelling is important according to Q. I hesitated responding because I couldn't find the misspelling. Yes uncanceled is spelled this way. But even spelling canceled with 2 l's is a British way of spelling cancelled. We handed England the second "L" in 1776. They can keep it. The word canceled is one l. Great topic Mutti2. Always keep an eye out for connections.

Canceled can be spelled with one or two L's.
British spelling is two Ls; American spelling is one.
So what is your theory?
I didn't realize there were two spellings of the word. I looked it up and below was in the definition.
