I don't know anything about the dogComms, but on the brainwashing there are a few things of note. The statement puts the dogs' well-being ahead of the man who was 'shot in the chest'. Additionally, the men were described as Black which is unusual for the MSM. This is all about dehumanization. Personify the animals and feed the black vs white narrative. Subconsciously, if people accept such a nonsensical story, they might think dogs are better than people, and white people deserve to be hurt by black people . If you watch the TMZ security footage you only ever hear one gun shot, not four that was widely misreported.
