The one linked from his real Twitter, which is linked from his known, personal website is the real one. He posted the Telegram link himself. That IS proof. The one you posted simply copies posts from his real Telegram.
I don't think Patrick Byrne is a phony. He's been to the White House multiple times in the last months of Trump's first term. I think everything he describes is pretty accurate. Most of the White House staff/Trump's advisors were defeatists and phonies in the last few weeks.
That being said, I'm pretty sure Trump let this happen on purpose so that he could clear the board and see who was loyal to him and who wasn't. It's all part of the plan!
