My prediction is that Trump's speech will be fiery, but won't give us a clear signal that 'The Plan' is about to become public. There will be no big booms Trump will hint at.

THAT, is a well reasoned response.

I added the "it's over' (obviously) from his tone and body language. I didn't specifically add it to the quote.

He stated that he wants peace, not justice, or the other side to obey the law. I got it. President Trump gave it a good try..
