I had a fellow grocery customer come up to me in the meat dept today and ask, "Where's your mask, bro?" I said, "I have a condition where I can't wear a mask but thanks for your concern. Bro". Of course my condition is CS, common sense. I hope it's a busy body karen that asks me next. I'll say, "Do you prefer pads or tampons for heavy flow days? Oh, I thought we were discussing personal health and hygiene issues, no? Didn't you start the convo?"

This whole mask thing irritates me beyond measure. I have heart disease (1 heart attack already that should have killed me) and thyroid issues which sometimes cause me to run really really hot.

I do most of my shopping on line because I can't stand the lemmings or the lemming management. Went to Home Depot yesterday without a mask but have a medical exemption lanyard. I entered the store and went to the customer service desk and asked if it would be a problem, he told me that I would be just fine so I was ok to get what I needed. I don't want to be a dick, I just want to go about my business without dealing with assholes.

Across the way from Home Depot is a Giant Eagle and I needed two items. The "screener" wouldn't let me in and called a manager who also refused to let me in.

I was also denied entrance to see my friggin' cardiologist without a mask despite the fact that I had a scarf on that was thicker than their frigging mask.

I have been having intermittent chest pains every time I go to a store and having them at home also. I have no clue what to do because you can't even go to an ER without a mask and masks make me overheat, get sick and feel like I'm going to pass out.

At this point, it's not even about whether or not masks work, it's about my own health and my own sanity.
