You multiply by percentages, not divide.

x% = x/100

Therefore

62.5% = 0.625

Therefore

212,000,000 * 62.5%

= 212,000,000 * 0.625

= 132,500,000

Duh. Trying to make it where everyone can understand. Multiplying percentages require moving the decimals. Obviously, i get it. Maybe they are even stupider than I thought. There was no order of operation, figured this was relatively simple.
