Let's think this through a bit. Trump won in a landslide but got the election stolen from him. Nothing is done to fix that, and he's going to run again in 2024 and expect to win?

That is why you know this is bullshit. You don't need to do any further mental gymnastics to realize that can't possibly be what Trump is thinking.
