What's strange to me is that the flags on the right seem to have a different wind direction than the flags on the left.

Weather channel says 4mph wind in DC but that flag on the live video of the capitol looks to be getting hit my at least 20-25mph winds. Visibility is supposed to be 4 miles in DC right now but by the live cam it certainly looks different. The live cam looks like it is not reflecting how weather channel is saying the weather is there.
