The watch on the Q drops is an IWC Portugieser Chronograph Classic. As best I can tell, this watch was not made with a date window until 2013 well after the time Junior had that picture taken. Going back to 1999, that model was considered a huge watch (41mm) and not as popular back them. The watch on Jr's arm was closer to a 36mm and noticeably smaller

I agree. I believe it is Trump using time technology like project looking glass or time travel; like the one unnamed patriot seated in the middle of the veterans he shook the hand of that had a SS detail and looked like an older Trump.

I've heard about 5 online influencers who met Juan O Savin last weekend that Juan was definitely NOT JFK JR. So either they're lying like crazy or perhaps he isn't him but I still believe he's alive along with Di and MJ.
Juan is def NOT Jr. Heard his name is Wayne Williot.
I do think jr and mj are alive (The Weekend sure sounded/moved like mj at superbowl show).
