They don’t want you to earn it. Because it proves you can, which then proves the system isn’t inherently racist, it just rewards hard work, dedication and responsibility. Which are also traits they don’t want you to have, because they are “white.”

Makes me fucking sick, they look at anyone not blatantly white European like feeble fucking children.
