They are correct. Some people do love children. These people are known as parents, and they keep people like this far away from their kids. In locked cages if necessary, guarded over by people with guns.
Urges are not orientations, sex is not love, protecting one's child is not discrimination against predators, lacking self control is not to be celebrated, and subversion of language and society is not progress.
