BoondockCranks is 100% right here. Let's not forget the Federal government is contracted through the Constitutions to provide services under the 19 enumerated powers. They have historically gone way beyond their mandate and abused this power they were given and it is time to put the power back where it belongs, with the People and the States. Read the 10th Amendment.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

This is where the power originates and where it belongs. The Federal government is there for international issues and our defense. To some degree managing interstate commerce but that has been severely abused as well and needs to be revisited.
